Good question.
I Robby'd be a dork...
HK-47 would be a... dork, I'm guessing? He's really a geek in the field of murder, or killing, or something like that, and he constantly mis-steps in the area. I'm guessing dork. C3P0... nerd?
Yeah, I'd say C-3P0 is a nerd. R2-D2 is *definitely* a geek. HK-47 and Bender more or less share the same personality - totally evil and anti-social, but fun to be around. I think Crow T. Robot is accurately categorized, but relatively speaking, Tom Servo is farther on the geek side of the spectrum, with Crow farther toward the dork side.
